Our colleague Chloe prepared and delivered the Christmas toy show drop yesterday. She prepared the hampers with a ton of goodies that the students and families can eat during the Late Late Toy Show today!
The Late Late Toy show marks the beginning of Christmas in Ireland and has been on since 1999! It has a huge significance in Ireland and is such an important tradition in the country. The RALF Partnership and our colleagues wanted to ensure that the students understood that and got to partake in it with their hosts. Families tune in every year to watch it. It showcases toys, kids who show off the toys, they also sing and dance and even some celebrities are on it! The audience members every year are the luckiest of all! Every year the guests are given lots of gifts at the toy show which they get told through the phrase “there’s one for everyone in the audience”.
